Getting Started
What email platform do we use?
Your organization uses either Google Workspace (Gmail) or Microsoft 365 (Outlook), depending on your company’s setup. Refer to the Access guide for instructions on signing in from a computer, phone, or tablet.
Only webmail and the official apps are supported. Native mail apps (Windows Mail, Apple Mail) and third-party clients are not supported.
I’m not receiving emails. What should I check?
First, check your Spam/Junk folder — messages from new senders can end up there. If you have email forwarding configured, verify it is pointing to the correct address. If the issue persists, submit a ticket.
Can I access email on my personal phone?
Yes. Refer to the Access guide for instructions on setting up email on a mobile device.
