What is Bitstream Managed Remote Desktop (BMRD)?

BMRD lets you access a work computer remotely from any device — at home, on the road, or anywhere with internet. Refer to the BMRD guide for setup and usage instructions.

Do I need to do anything special to get remote access?

Yes — you need to be provisioned with a remote desktop session. Submit a ticket to request access if you have not already been set up.

Vault (Password Manager)

What is Bitstream Vault?

Bitstream Vault is a managed password manager that helps you securely store and autofill credentials. Refer to the Vault Introduction to get started.

I already have a personal password manager. Do I need to use Vault?

Vault is provided for work credentials. You may continue using a personal manager for personal accounts, but all work-related logins should be stored in Vault.
